We came together to build a vendor-agnostic community that truly serves the needs of people analytics professionals. Our organization is built by people analytics professionals, for people analytics professionals, ensuring that our focus remains on the unique challenges and opportunities within our field. Led by our Executive Director, Stephanie Murphy, SPA is supported by three advisory boards. The Practitioner board, Academic board, and Vendor/Consultant board bring together experts from diverse backgrounds to guide our initiatives, ensuring that we remain at the cutting edge in people analytics.
