Why We Started
In recent years, the field of people analytics has seen remarkable growth, with professionals eager to connect, learn, and advance their practices. However, despite the increase in meet-ups and gatherings, there has been a noticeable lack of consistency in protocol and content, with many events heavily reliant on vendor participation. Recognizing the need for a centralized, vendor-neutral space where people of all levels can communicate, network, and grow, the Society for People Analytics was born.
